Merry Christmas!
It is almost 8:30 AM in Chicagoland, and our girls aren't up yet! I've had time to mix up my spinach bake and make some coffee. The tree is lit and the videocamera is at the ready. It is bright and clear and white, and the neighborhood hawk is perched in a craggy tree within sight from my kitchen window. I wish everyone a beautiful day filled with family and friends. And please be sure to report back here if you get any books as gifts!
