I often have a few books with bookmarks in them at once. I enjoy classics more than contemporary works of fiction, often read historical fiction, and love to get glimpses into other people's lives by reading memoirs and biographies.
I am reading Fullmetal Alchemist, finally, and loving it. I am also working on the very beautiful Orphan's Tale for the library discussion group. And, of course, school makes its demands: I'm reading some Anne Bradstreet poetry for class this afternoon, and will read Crane's Maggie: A Girl of the Streets for Monday. But classes can't be too bad if I still have time for fun reading.
Right now, I'm in Mental Floss History of the World (I cannot tell you how much I adore the nutjobs at Mental Floss), Going Hungry (essays on anorexia), and just finished Thin is the New Happy.
There's a stack of to-be-read books in my room a mile high...if only there were more hours in the day for reading.
Kinda snobby there, aren't you, Don? Only responding if something's really in demand? Some of us are willing to post even when the thread is unpopular.

Ooh, FMA. Very good choice. ;)
I'm also reading The Orphan's Tale. It's fantastic. I get more excited than I should when I pick up the fairy tale references.
And just finished Talking in Tongues by Winsome Pinnock (coolest. name. ever.) for Modern British Drama.

Only three to go...
I think Don was counting my responders before he himself would comment. Sorry so few, Don!
Don, would you care to comment on Mental Floss?
