Down Time
I had some quiet time this weekend and spent some of it thumbing through these cookbooks. It's a favorite thing of mine to do. Made my first risotto! But it was nothing to brag about. I like the idea of cooking more than actually cooking I think. And how 'bout that Next Iron Chef last night? Bye, bye Chef Appleman. I like Freitag!

Oh Lord.
I know, Don, the only Food Network shows you like are Ace of Cakes and the REAL Iron Chef. We love 'em all!
The ORIGINAL Iron Chef is actually on the Fine Living Network now.
Just sayin'.
