Rock Solid Documentary

Watched this over the weekend--such a sad story of a life too soon over. Do you know who Harry Nilsson was? He wrote the hit song "One" that was made popular by Three Dog Night. He wrote the theme song to the show "Courtship of Eddie's Father." He wrote the children's album "The Point." He put the "lime in the coconut and drink it all up." He wrote and sang, "Without You" (I can't liiive, if living is without you. . .). He wrote the songs and lyrics for the film "Popeye" and gave the Monkees a hit with "Cuddly Toy." His most famous song, which he did not write, might be "Everybody's Talkin'" from the film "Midnight Cowboy." Nilsson seemed endlessly creative, but was self-destructive. I never knew what a sweet voice he had, how talented he was, or how many people he touched in the music business. So glad I saw this. I wish him back.
