Tell Me Tuesday

I'm slowly reading the new Frances Mayes book. It includes recipes at the end of each chapter and talks of the experience of living in Tuscany just like her first two books, but somehow it is not capturing my imagination in the same way. I don't see myself re-reading this one every year as I do Bella Tuscany.

What are you reading this week?

Hello...hello, is this thing on? Um... hi, my name is Don and I'm reading "The Routes of Man" by Ted Conover. Uh, thanks. I'll go sit over there now.

I'm still reading too--and currently *slowly* reading "Under the Tuscan Sun," thanks to Mary. :)

I have not been reading enough lately. I'm studying for an interpreting test, so I'm rereading textbooks, and find myself avoiding reading because if I'm having fun reading anything I feel guilty for not reading the textbooks. So nothing's getting accomplished. It's sad. I think that needs to change.
I'll just go sit over by Don. He looks like he could use a klutz to amuse him ;)

Lisa, I just finished Frances Mayes' new book. It's only okay. She's trying to recapture the magic of Under the Tuscan Sun and Bella Tuscany, but I don' think she can do that again.

Danika, when is your interpreting test? When can you get back to happy reading?
